How will I know the space has been cleaned?Besides the obvious visual queues our cleaning service has been completed we ensure to provide excellent communication with our clients by sending a completed job card at the end of each service. This allows both our cleaners and clients the opportunity to provide any notes or feedback to improve the service!

How often can you clean my office?This is completely customisable by you! We can clean daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly or as a one off! We do offer savings for those clients who require multiple cleans per week.

Can you clean on a Weekend?Absolutely! We offer our services Monday through Sunday.

How do I book in?We take pride in our personalised approach to cleaning so we take the time to inspect your premises and understand your cleaning needs. You can book in for a free quote by completing the 'Contact' form located in the menu.

What region do you service?We are based on the Sunshine Coast! We travel as far from Caloundra to Noosa.

All payment plan options are discussed during our initial cleaning consultation.
Cancellation Policy
For our regular cleaning clients, we do require 2 weeks notice before cease of operation.

One off cleans must be cancelled 24 hours before service to avoid a cancellation fee.

That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not completely satisfied with any aspect of our work, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we'll return to address the issue at no additional cost. Your trust in us means everything, and we won't rest until you're fully satisfied!
